By accessing or using Aimocap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Aimocap provides tooling for video mocap workflow preparation, orchestration, and result review. Features may change over time, including experimental or pre-release functionality.
If account access is enabled:
You are responsible for the media, data, and assets you upload or generate through the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content.
You agree not to:
You retain rights to the content you upload and the assets you are entitled to use. Aimocap retains rights to the product, software, service design, and platform infrastructure except where otherwise stated.
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time, especially while features are under active development.
Paid plans renew according to the billing period selected at purchase unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your AIMoCap account. After cancellation, no further renewal charges will be made, and paid access remains available until the end of the current paid period.
AIMoCap provides a Free plan and free credits so users can evaluate the service before purchasing. Because this evaluation is available before purchase and motion capture processing incurs computing costs, AIMoCap does not offer no-reason refunds.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, exceptional circumstances, and rights required by applicable law may be reviewed. See the AIMoCap Refund Policy for the complete rules and request process.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimocap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, created operational risk, or abused the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
