FAQ

Common questions about processing time, source video quality, supported outputs, character support, and failure cases.

How long does processing usually take?

Processing time depends on:

  • clip length
  • selected output targets
  • current queue load
  • whether the job includes extra character retarget outputs

Short clips usually finish faster than longer or multi-target jobs.

What kind of source video works best?

The best source clips are:

  • under 100MB
  • clear and stable
  • free of hard cuts
  • easy to read in full-body motion

What result types can I get?

AIMoCap currently supports:

  • default humanoid FBX output
  • published custom humanoid FBX outputs
  • Unitree G1 robot motion output

What kind of custom character is supported?

Current custom character support is limited to:

  • humanoid FBX characters
  • valid humanoid skeletal structure

Custom robot character upload is not part of the current release.

Why can a job fail?

Common causes include:

  • unsuitable source video
  • incorrect trim range
  • unsupported target selection for the current membership tier
  • invalid or incomplete character binding
  • runner-side processing failure
