Can paying members run unlimited mocap tasks?
Premium members are not charged Web mocap credits, allowing unlimited mocap tasks during the active subscription period. Starter members receive additional credits.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the subscription card in your AIMoCap account. Your paid access remains available until the current paid period ends.
Do you support refunds?
AIMoCap provides a Free plan with free credits for evaluation before purchase, so we do not offer no-reason refunds. Duplicate or incorrect charges and other special cases may be reviewed under our Refund Policy.
