How does the monthly free credit refresh work?

AIMoCap checks the balance once per month. If it is below 100, it is topped up to 100. If it is already 100 or higher, no additional free credits are added.

Can Starter and Premium credits accumulate after the subscription ends?

No. Starter and Premium subscription credits are valid only during the active billing cycle. If the subscription expires without renewal, unused subscription credits expire and the effective balance is cleared.

How long does AIMoCap keep job history?

Completed and failed jobs are retained based on the tier active when the job finished: Free 7 days, Starter 14 days, Premium 30 days. After that, AIMoCap clears both the database record and the related storage objects.

Free plan

Free is for evaluation and lightweight personal testing.

Free users do not receive a carry-over subscription grant. Instead, AIMoCap refreshes the free balance each month:

if your balance is below 100 credits, it is topped up to 100 credits
if your balance is already 100 credits or higher, no extra free credits are added

1 concurrent upload
source video up to 30s
source file up to 50 MB
no custom character library
result history retained for 7 days

Starter plan

Starter is for regular creators who need predictable monthly or yearly processing credits.

Starter includes:

600 credits / month on the monthly plan
12000 credits / year on the yearly plan
2 concurrent uploads
source video up to 60s
source file up to 100 MB
up to 5 custom characters
custom character file up to 20 MB
result history retained for 14 days

Starter credits are subscription credits. They are available while the Starter subscription period is active. If the subscription is not renewed, unused Starter subscription credits are no longer available.

Premium plan

Premium is for users who need higher throughput and ongoing mocap creation.

Premium includes:

Unlimited credits while the Premium subscription is active
4 concurrent uploads
source video up to 120s
source file up to 200 MB
up to 10 custom characters
custom character file up to 50 MB
result history retained for 30 days

If Premium is not renewed, Premium access ends after the current subscription period. Future usage follows the active plan on the account at that time.

Refund policy

AIMoCap includes a free plan so users can test source footage, output targets, and workflow fit before subscribing.

For that reason:

subscriptions do not support no-questions-asked refunds
if you have a special case, contact us and we will review it manually

Billing notifications

For Creem-powered billing:

successful payment emails and Customer Portal emails are sent by Creem
AIMoCap does not send a separate custom billing email at this stage
