Pricing and Subscription
Understand AIMoCap plan limits, monthly free refresh, paid credit accumulation, and history retention.
Free plan
Free users receive a monthly refresh rule instead of a carry-over subscription grant.
- the system checks the balance each month
- if the balance is below 100, it is topped up to 100
- if the balance is already 100 or higher, no extra free credits are added
Free also has the most restrictive runtime limits:
2concurrent uploads- source video up to
30s - source file up to
50 MB - outputs limited to
default + Unitree G1 - result history retained for
7 days
Paid plan credits
Starter and Premium use subscription-based credit grants.
- each successful subscription renewal grants a new round of credits for that plan
- paid credits can accumulate
- unused paid credits are not reset by the free refresh rule
- each tier keeps its own admission limits, queue weight, and history retention period
Extra credit plans
Extra credit plans are one-time purchases:
1200 credits / $19.918000 credits / $119.9
Extra credits accumulate with Starter and Premium balances.
History retention
Completed and failed jobs are both retained for a limited period based on the membership tier active when the job finished:
- Free:
7 days - Starter:
14 days - Premium:
30 days
After the retention window expires, AIMoCap clears both the database record and the related runtime objects in storage.
Refund policy
Because AIMoCap already includes a free monthly quota, we recommend validating your workflow with the free allowance before subscribing.
For that reason:
- subscriptions do not support no-questions-asked refunds
- if you have a special case, contact us and we will review it manually
Why this policy exists
The free quota is meant to let you:
- test your source footage
- check your target outputs
- verify whether AIMoCap fits your production workflow
That reduces the need for blind subscription purchases before a real test.
Billing notifications
For Creem-powered billing:
- successful payment emails and Customer Portal emails are currently sent by Creem
- AIMoCap does not send a separate custom billing email at this stage
